Fees
General Notary Services- Texas
These are affidavits, miscellaneous documents or copy certification.
Total cost will generally consist of travel fee + notarization fee.
Notary Acknowledgement or Jurat: $6.00 for the 1st signature (per person) and $1 for each additional signature (per person) per document
Copy Certification: $6 per document
Note-Please know that I value both your time and my time. When we set up a meeting, that time is set aside to focus on your project along with additional time to prepare. This allows me to come to the meeting ready and to utilize our time as efficiently as possible. I understand emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. Signing Services Fees
An incomplete signing or a signing with errors can cost a rate lock, a buyer to miss the close of escrow, or just cause everyone involved headaches. That is why MCS Mobile Notary Services ensures that your documents will be completed accurately and in a timely manner. Please see fees listed below:
- Loan Signing Fee: $150-$200
- Application Fee: $75

Yes. I have statewide jurisdiction and may perform notarial acts in any county in the state of Texas.
Yes. However, I am not a licensed attorney and cannot provide legal advice. I cannot inform you on which certificate to use, however here is a list of common certificates to choose from.
Please do not sign the document prior to meeting with the Notary. Also, proper identification of the signer is required. Acceptable identification must be issued by a federal or state government agency and contain a photograph and signature. Examples: State Driver’s License, State I.D. card, US Military I.D., current US Passport, or an Alien Registration Card.
